All orders received before 14:00 (Monday to Friday excluding ROI bank & public holidays) are dispatched the same day.
All orders received after 14:00 (or at the weekend or ROI bank or public holidays are dispatched the next working day)
Within the Republic and Northern Ireland, we operate a next day courier delivery service as standard, all deliveries must be signed for.
Within Europe, the expected delivery time for your chosen destination is detailed at the checkout stage.
We accept no responsibility for delays to the expected delivery times.
The current Coronavirus pandemic has unfortunately introduced unavoidable delays throughout all couriers networks, we urge you to please be patient at this time.

DryPro – Returns Policy
Change of mind
Under the Distance Selling Regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of your goods. You do not need to give us any reason for cancelling your contract, simply let us know by email at info@drypro.ie within seven working days that you have changed your mind.
If we have shipped the goods before you cancel your contract then you must send the goods back to us at the address below

Upon receipt of the returned goods a refund will be issued to your credit card as soon as possible but in any event within 30 days.
You will be charged a restocking fee of €4.00 for all returned items
Due to the nature of the DryPro products and for hygienic reasons, the goods must be unopened and in their original condition, suitable for resale.
Shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued to you.
We cannot accept any liability for any items returned by you but not received by us. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service
Faulty Product
All of our products carry a 90 day replacement warranty. If you have received a faulty product please contact us at info@drypro.ie to arrange it’s return.

Upon receipt, the returned goods will be checked and if found to be faulty, an exact replacement product will be shipped to you at our cost and you will be reimbursed for the cost of returning the faulty product.
Please ensure that you check all measurements carefully before ordering, if the incorrect size has been ordered this does not deem the product faulty.
Please note that if you have damaged the product yourself by cutting it, or by excessive force in putting it on, it is not considered faulty. Take care around sharp objects such as pins, long fingernails etc. as damaging the product in this way does not deem it to be faulty.
